Delivery and return

Your satisfaction is our priority! In order to provide you with the best possible experience, we have implemented the following shipping and return policies.


Shipping to Canada

Once the transaction is completed, our team will prepare your order for delivery. This will be shipped to you within 5 to 10 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order has left our warehouse.

The delivery charges applicable for all orders in Canada are as follows:

  • Standard: $10 for purchases of $149 and less (0kg -2kg)

  • Standard: FREE for purchases of $149 and more (0kg -2kg)

  • Express: $18 (2 working days) (0kg -2kg)

  • Standard: $25 (2kg-15kg)

International Shipping

We deliver outside of Canada for certain products. International orders are, however, subject to additional shipping charges which will be calculated during the transaction. These fees may vary depending on your location, the weight and volume of your package. Customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Availability of items

We do everything in our power to maintain an up-to-date inventory of the products displayed on our online store. However, if an item you ordered is not available or additional delivery time is required, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.

Return policy

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is permitted. We accept exchanges for a period of 30 days and refunds for a period of 10 days following receipt of your order.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are the customer's responsibility. A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have received your merchandise and the refund will be made upon receipt. The refund will appear on your transaction statement within 3 to 5 business days following the refund. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong return address. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Policy

In the event of breakage or an error on the order, we will return the products at our expense as quickly as possible. We may ask you for a photo of the damaged product. Any refund request will be accepted if the goods are returned to us within a maximum of 10 days following the date of receipt of your package. A credit note in the form of a promotional code will be granted to you if the merchandise is returned to us within a maximum period of 30 days. The refund will be made by the same payment method as the initial transaction, once the merchandise has been received at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our returns policy.
