At Carbon Living , your satisfaction is our priority . That's why we have implemented simple, transparent, and caring delivery and return policies.
📦 Shipping to Canada
• Standard delivery: $10 for orders of $149 and under (0–2 kg)
• Free shipping on orders over $149 (0–2 kg)
• Express delivery (2 business days): $18
• Standard flat rate for heavy packages (2–15 kg): $25

🌍 International delivery
We ship some products internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the destination and weight of the package.
Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is out of stock or requires additional time, we will contact you promptly.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
• Exchange within 30 days
• Refund within 10 days of receipt
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or damaged product.
• No returns accepted for damaged or used items
In case of breakage or error, we will cover the return shipping costs. A photo of the product may be requested.
