Return Policy

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund.

We accept:

  • Exchanges within 30 days following the receipt of your order;

  • Refunds within 10 days following the receipt of your order.

Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your item, and the refund will be issued upon receipt. The refund will appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days following the refund. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrectly addressed return packages.

No return will be accepted if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Policy

In the event of damage or an error in your order on our part, we will resend the products at our expense as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged product.

Any refund request will be accepted if the merchandise is returned to us within a maximum of 10 days following the receipt of your package. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction, once the merchandise has been received at our warehouse.

A store credit in the form of a promotional code will be granted if the merchandise is returned within 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not comply with our return policy.
