Shipping to Canada & USA

Once the transaction is completed, our team will prepare your order for delivery. This will be shipped to you within 5 to 10 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order has left our warehouse.

The delivery charges applicable for all orders in Canada are as follows:

-Standard: $10+tax for purchases of $149 and less, before taxes (0kg -2kg)

-Standard: FREE for purchases of $149 or more, before taxes (0kg -2kg)

-Standard: $25+tax (2kg-15kg)

-Express: 18$+tx (1-2 working days) (0kg -2kg)

International Shipping

We deliver outside of Canada and the United States. International orders are, however, subject to additional shipping charges which will be calculated during the transaction. These fees may vary depending on your location, the weight and volume of your package. Customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Availability of items

We do everything in our power to maintain an up-to-date inventory of the products displayed on our online store. However, if an item you ordered is not available or additional delivery time is required, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.

Return policy

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is permitted.

We accept:

- exchanges over a period of 30 days following receipt of your order;

- and refunds over a period of 10 days following receipt of your order.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are the customer's responsibility .

A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have received your merchandise and the refund will be made upon receipt. The refund will appear on your transaction statement within 3 to 5 business days following the refund. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or sent to the wrong return address.

No returns will be accepted if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged product cannot be exchanged or refunded .

Refund Policy

In the event of breakage or an error on our part, we will return the products at our expense as quickly as possible. We may ask you for a photo of the damaged product.

Any refund request will be accepted if the goods are returned to us within a maximum of 10 days following the date of receipt of your package. The refund will be made by the same payment method as the initial transaction, once the merchandise has been received at our warehouse.

A credit note in the form of a promotional code will be granted to you if the merchandise is returned to us within a maximum period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our returns policy.

We are electrical and magnetic beings producing natural electromagnetic waves that connect us with the Earth and nature around us.

Very simply, we can say that electromagnetic waves (or electromagnetic fields - EMF) are invisible waves of energy that we also call radiation.

These waves are created by the movement of electricity — in a circuit, an antenna, a light bulb — a bit like the swirls on the surface of a puddle when you throw a pebble into it. They have the capacity to transport information, but also energies.

Although not visible to the human eye, electromagnetic waves are present in our environment. It is important to know that there are 2 types:

1) Natural electromagnetic waves (OEM) which are emitted among others by the Earth, by humans (our brain, our heart, etc.), by animals, by plants and by stones.
