Je les utilise tous les jours depuis que je les ai surtout pour m'harmoniser avant d'aller au lit, je travailles à l'hôpital et ces important pour moi de ne rien amener avec moi de ma journée donc hygiène énergétique sous la douche et hygiène d'harmonisation 5 à 10 minutes avant le dodo pour bien dormir. Et si jai fais de drôle de rêve je les utilise au réveil aussi avec les pôles positif pierre de carbon60 et "négatif" pierre de savon l'énergie circule bien, je suis bien heureuse de les avoir.
